Registration
Registration will open in August 2012.
The registration fee includes all refreshment breaks, evening reception on Tuesday, lunch and evening dinner reception on Wednesday, break on Thursday, and one copy of the conference proceedings. There is no partial registration fee.
Conference Refund Policy
In the event of participant cancellation, a full refund of the registration fee paid will be given if written notification is given 1 week or more prior to the first day of the conference. Cancellations less than 1 week before the conference starts will not receive a refund (at staff discretion) because final attendee/meal counts will have been given to the hotel. Refunds will not be given to participants who register for the conference but do not attend.
Please note: Refunds will be returned according to original payment method and process.
Substitutions of attendees are permitted but must be approved by the conference coordinator.
